Size Information:

The following sizes are supplied as a guide only to help you with your selections. Returns will accepted due to a product not fitting, ONLY if unworn, and returned in original packaging and must be returned by recorded delivery within 14 days of purchase date. Should you require a different size, this must be clearly stated, and colour and slogan of garment re-confirmed via e-mail BEFORE you return your item

Making a Purchase:

We have made making a purchase simple, just browse our store, check your size and colour and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to the Paypal site. If you would like to add a personal message label to your giftwrapped item, please click the link that says ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO MERCHANT and enter your personal message to complete the order. If your item is being shipped directly to your chosen recipient, please ensure their delivery address is stated. The cost of Shipping includes both Gift-Wrapping and Post and Packaging.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Delivery Schedule:

Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries to mainland UK (During the Christmas period, please allow 10 days.) Ireland (Republic) - 10 days. However, our aim is to deliver sooner – please inform us by e-mailing info@suddenly-single.co.uk if you require an urgent delivery date and we will endeavour to help where we can. We use Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded service as the preferred method for shipping. We currently deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you live outside of the these areas and would like to purchase any of our products, please contact us using the e-mail link on our contact page and we will endeavour to help you.

 

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee & Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know immediately via e-mail and you may return it within 10 days for a refund (excluding postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and you should notify us of any shortages or defects in the goods within 10 working days from the date the goods were delivered. Should an order be incorrectly despatched, we will be happy to exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the incorrect item back. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization by suddenly-single. As all suddenly-single garments are printed to order, please check your ordering before instructing Paypal to confirm your payment as suddenly-single cannot be held responsible for mistakes by the purchaser during the ordering process. If authorised, goods are to be returned within 10 days of the order date. Return shipping costs are calculated using the lowest available shipping costs. Credits are processed upon confirmation by our suppliers that the goods have been returned. (No cancellation of goods already in transit can be accepted. If the client should refuse these goods on arrival, the client will be responsible for the cost of two-way carriage and any lose of profit incurred in the resale of the merchandise.)
